Low Carb Q's

This is a low carb week for me (under 100g), and I'm wondering:

1.) How do you make up for the loss of energy for exercise? Do you even try to exercise?
2.) What do you eat to get enough calories in a day? Anytime I eat low carb, I can't even net 900. I should be trying to net 1400, or at least 1200.
