Stop a binge dead in its tracks.

- Large pizza - box of bulk fruit snacks - box of Hamburger Helper - 'Walking Ched' from Zombie Burger in Des Moines. :grumble: Edit: size and stuff.

This too, but my tattoos are far more visible and people touch them. Seriously irks me. :explode:

When my bf says 'yeah, I'll go with you'. Then I stand around and wait for an hour after being ready to walk out the door and when I finally say 'HURRY UP!' he says 'never mind then if you're going to be mean'. I could punch a wall!

5'2.5. 177 lbs, a tight 14 or a loose 16. Anything that comes in odd sizes are always too small. Definite apple shape.

Paleo is a way of eating, it's not a diet that you follow meal by meal. There are health conscious rules, but you also don't have to be 100% strictly primal. You don't have to eat meat if you want but I would highly suggest at least tuna or some sort of fish. People get turned off by red meat because it's super heavy and…

I do 2 cups cooled coffee, ice and protein powder. It's fantastic. If I add my protein powder to water or anything that's too hot, it clumps up and gets gooey.. definitely do a trial run but it might depend on the powder.

It's really just a part of you that wants or needs it. I lose this part of me all the time. I've lost 20 lbs in 3 years, fluctuating of course, because I'm on again-off again. It's really annoying, I end up feeling 'okay' with being overweight and then all of a sudden reality hits me in the face and I'm back on an 'I'm…

5'2.5 here. SW: 199 (heaviest ever, 2010) CW: 180-185 (not currently weighing) GW: 124 (for a total of 75lbs lost) No pics until I'm done!

I love both of those things so much! Will try this! Would be awesome with Chicken of the Sea's Thai Chili Tuna. So good.

I buy the Wholly Guacamole 100 cal snack packs, they are less fat/cals than a regular avocado and 1 pkt is the perfect size for a can of tuna. I also mix it with Cholula and light mayo. Or salsa and black beans. Mmmm.

I eat the dark chocolate decadence one and it's okay. Definitely try Luna, Zone, Balance, or Larabars. They're awesome. Also, Special K makes some awesome nut/chocolate bars with 10g protein.

Great work, keep it up :) Also: looks like a possible dachshund in your ticker... adorable and most fun dogs ever. :D

The guys who told me that they love to watch girls try to 'be something'. The way that gyms (around here at least) have the cardio machines facing the sidewalk/parking lot and the dbags that stare in. The men who try to help me run on the treadmill because I should be kicking my speed up a half step - I mean, I have…

One my favorites is to buy a rotisserie chicken (usually available at any 'superstore', I get Costco's because its amazing) and take the skin off at home. Boil (if you can't steam) some veggies in 1/2 inch of water w/ lid on - 5 minutes on the stovetop. For a sweet element, add some blueberries/raspberries or maybe some…

Good point. I do the same exact thing. It's tea (black), coffee (black) or water for me. I'm really, really trying to stop drinking diet soda. I know it's low-to-no calorie, but it's not good for you either. (at work so no sources, just google it if you really want to verify).

I have a problem with binge eating, otherwise I'd eat anything too - there is just no moderation with me for some things. - chips - fruit snacks - chocolates - chocolate chip cookies - any type of snack cracker - macaroni and cheese (can/will down 2 boxes) - sugary candies - the corn syrupy stuff These are things that I…

I have around 55lbs to lose, so if that's not to much, feel free to add! :flowerforyou:

I'm curious to see where others guide you (for my own benefit), but have you ever considered reading New Rules of Lifting for Women (NROLFW, if you've seen the acronym here before)? I got halfway through the book and need to finish it, but it's got some great stuff for lifting in there. I got it for around $15 on Amazon…

You're doing it right, and you're getting awesome results. A true inspriation, and you look absolutely fantastic. Great work!

Hi! I've lost 19lbs over the last 3 years. I have 56 left to lose with no time limit. I'm going through kind of a stressful time right now (I move in 11 days!) but plan to get right back on track after that. My diary is always open! I could really use some supportive friends on my list if anyone shares stats/goals with me…

:flowerforyou: I so needed this. It's threads like this that remind me what MFP is all about. No pics (I'm at work), so thanks to all who has that much courage!

Glad you found something that works OP. You are awesome, keep it up!

23 here and just under 60lbs to go. I was thin for most of my life, even after I got diagnosed with PCOS.. then I got into a bad relationship and shot from 125 to 199 at 5'2. I've fluctuated and struggled with binge eating, PCOS and whatever else for the last 3 years. I'm 180 now and am just tired of being big. I…

Sometimes w/ PCOS, that happens all the time, no matter what. I've never had a period on my own, so I can't really help - I have had discharge, but it wasn't because of ovulation.

Well, seeing your picture below makes me feel like dirt if that's any consolation. I don't even look in mirrors anymore. Consistency and patience, that's my advice. Good luck.

Welcome to the most judgmental place on the planet - the MFP boards. Friend me if you'd like, good luck to you OP.

Great work! Keep doing this! I tried and failed C25k soooo many times... but this method (running/pushing yourself at the end of a workout) got me to running 45 minutes straight! It's amazing how your body adapts so quickly. Way to go!

Hey girl, glad to see you back! You'll do great this time! I have about 60lb / 27kg to lose and I'd like to shoot for New Years, that'd give me about 6 months, or 10 lbs per month. Let's motivate each other! (I'm already on your FL :drinker:)
