I've had a bad, bad day. I want to binge, but just binged 4/13. Every other day is my norm. I'm not getting treatment for B.E.D, but have been diagnosed, as if that was even necessary. Thanks! There is a lot more where that came from, lol. I agree! Also I might mention, he's gained about 60 lbs, impregnated the girl who he cheated with, and just got evicted. Normally I am not that kind of person, but he deserves it.

I log it as walking. If you went on a 3 hour walk at 2.0mph, would you log it then? Just because you were preoccupying yourself, doesn't meant you didn't burn calories. That being said, if you go on a 3 hour walk at 2.0mph every single day.. I'd say you should change your activity levels instead. Up to you, OP!

I eat 50-100 grams of carbs per normal day. It suits me well, keeps me feeling just fine. I also have PCOS, low carb/dairy works for me (and it's about the only thing that does). Go to your doctor if you're thinking low carb. Honestly if you don't need to go low carb, why would you? Carbs are soooooooooooo good. :glasses:

Those seem like very real and likely answers! I've heard binges classified as going 50 calories over before and I have to be honest, it's somewhat offensive. :grumble: For me, a binge seems to be the times where I give up and say 'Yes, we can go to Olive Garden and eat 1500 calories in pasta because I don't feel like doing…

This! Seafood is great! I buy frozen shrimp that's easy to thaw and toss in some olive oil. You can usually buy prepackaged frozen cod/tilapia fillets, too! My mom bought this diet book that was written in the 70s, before a lot of scientific studies were out. Quitting an addiction. I replaced substance with food. I am a compulsive binge eater, it's like a drug. I also got comfortable in a 3yr relationship with someone who cheated, dumped me, took all of my money and ruined my finances. I have barely a support system, and the one I do is very unhealthy.
