exactly, trick your body! Well so far so good for me. Its been almost a week since my cheat day, and ive lost 5 lbs.

Thats great! I like how you give yourself a cheat day, without taking advantage of it any other day of the week. Knowing you can have a certain food on Sunday really helps the craving go away. Read my latest post and tell me what you think. As I said, I like how you have your "sunday", and I'm going to do the same!

I lost 22 lbs in the first month eating 1600cal a day. Ive been walking aprox 2 times a week for 30-45 min each walk. Ive noticed this past week my weight loss is starting to slow down. Only lost 1 pound this week. (weigh in every Saturday) I'm going to start doing more cardio.
