I'm just about at 200 days and have had good results.....but 600 days is an awesome commitment...and you guys have shown fantastic results....Keep it up!

A bit late to your party but i've got early signs of PA and a bulging disc in my back area. Doc says running shot distances is ok but i was used to running 4+ miles....don't know when i'll get back to that but could use the encouragement

Running can cause aggravation but not always. Short distances is ok. swimming can help and i've just read that moderate jumping on a trampaline works too.

Its a problem but also a motivation....its time to work on the core muscles

Any recommended exercises I can do while healing for a herniated disc. Chiro gave me some stretches and simple exercises...i'd like to do more but I don't want to re-injure...I've started swimming but what else can I do?

I've noticed that my lunch and dinner are lighter in calories. When on a daily calorie budget, having was to control you appetite are very useful. Also, Eating a higher fiber breakfast tends to make me feel fuller.
