What an awesome NSV!!

I wouldnt do it. I checked into raspberry ketones before I started on MFP. I am on anti depressants and was told definitely not to take the ketones. My advice - check with your dr. and not dr.oz.

One of my co workers did Herbal Life. She didnt lose much weight but she did lighten her wallet quite a bit. She figured out it cost her almost $3000.00 to lose her 20 lbs. When she finally gave up on the plan she gained it all back plus some.

Just an update. I now exercise 5 times a week. I added Tuesday evening and Saturday morning running club to my exercise routine.
-
I am 256 lbs and just started learning how to run. I saw a lot of women much bigger than I at the 5k race I participated in on Sunday. They were running - I was walking. I so envied them! I am really going to get serious about my running training now that I have been in a race and have seen what others can do .
-
Awesome transformation!!

":did my first race a few weeks ago. Just a 5k, but I rocked the heck out of it and had so much fun!:" Way to go! Your race was more than just a 5k - you did it!!!

Hi Kendall, feel free to add me!

This is definitely one of my goals. My trainer had me try pull ups last week but I wasnt able to do them. We are going to try again in another month. Meanwhile we are working on strength training and weights.

I have a problem with my achilles tendon as well as my knees and back and I wear Brooks Glycerine 9. I went to a running store to be fitted. Glad I did because when walk/running in these shoes i am basically pain free.

If it is making you feel that bad go back to your dr. Maybe it is the wrong dosage. I am on blood pressure pills and have never had any kind of side effects from them. I exercise 5 times per week.

It is a HUGE deal!!! Congratulations on you NSV!

Congrats on your weight loss! You look amazing!

Welcome to MFP! There is lots of support and motivation here1 My suggestion would be to limit your junk food to once a week if you cant eliminate it completely. Remember you are doing this for yourself and you are important. . Dont let others dictate what you eat. If your family is eating junk at night, find something…
