I havent had my surgery yet but was told to help with the hunger make sure you get all your protein in and same as 48vixen says, keep hydrated.

I will be getting the lap band on October 19th. I was told that once I get the go ahead I should get right back into my exercise routine in order to lose steadily and to keep exercising after I have reached my goal weight. Yes, low fat greek yogurt- mix with fresh or frozen fruit (with a bit of honey if you want it sweeter ) in a blender and freeze it. Tastes cold, creamy and yummy!

Probably not heading for a plateau. If you have only been doing this for 2 weeks I would think it is your body adjusting to your new way of life. I wouldnt measure again for at least a month. Wishing you lots of luck in your new endeavour!
