I don't have any pics to share because I didn't allow any pics of myself when I was at my largest. I started out at 375 and now I'm at 242. My goal is to get to around 180ish. Depends on how I feel. I'm really tall, so it will depend on how I look and feel as to how small I get. I went through a total lifestyle change. I feel great! I don't cry when I look into the mirror anymore, which is huge for me. This really CAN be done! When I started, i was in a deep depression, had incredibly high BP and I was afraid to leave my house. NOW I'm out of the black hole, my BP is normal and I love to go do things. Believe that you are worth the hard work! It takes effort and diligence but the end result is worth it. Good luck everyone! And to all of my fellow I-lost-over-100lbs-peeps... YOU ALL ARE FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!0

I am so happy for all of you for your success! I have lost 80 so far (within 4 years) on my own by learning how to cook for myself and working out. I use to eat fast food everyday and sit around and watch tv and I really suffered from it. I started myfitnesspal a month ago to lose just the extra 20. My goal is to lose a total of 100 lbs because I just want to be healthier. I will be posting pictures once I reach my goal!0

Love this thread! Y'all people are totally inspirations... take that to the bank! I'm not at my end goal, so I don't consider myself a success yet... but I'm darn near going to get there.
Started out weighing 530 pounds... I'm now down to around 290... just about 110 left to go!
Before... but not my highest since no one was allowed to take pictures of me at my highest... I'd guess this was around 450ish... gained another 80 before I topped out:

One day at a time and persistence not perfection is my motto! Do it, friends!

Okay, I gotta say it....you give me hope for my boobs! I too have the belly-bigger-than-boobs body. Men who say they like big women, so often really mean they like huge boobs, but not all of us get that compensation. I've been fearing that when I lose weight, I'll end up flat-chested. You definitely do not look flat-chested in that After picture! Thank you for the reassurance, and you look GREAT! :-D0 -
wow man total RESPECT. You went from super morbidly obese to muscular juggernaut :O0

There is a thread floating around here I posted not long ago with my story in it. I've lost 120lbs in a 2 year span off and on. Since September of 2011 when things started to really get serious with me, I have lost 75.5lbs.
Before's
before and now's
some during and now
I still have another 10-15 more to lose.0 -

I weighed in at +/- 260lbs in 2008:
After an illness I weighed in at 211lbs in November 2010 when I began with MFP:
I've maintained at around 150lbs for the last year:
That is awesome!0 -
you look great! Congratulations!0
