    Topped out at over 370 #'s (as high as my scale went)
    currently in the 220's
    Around 35 more to my original goal, but will probably lower it a bit more

    Congrats to everyone. and best wishes to those just starting out! As you can tell from all the others.....it can be done if you want it bad enough.

    Averaged 102 lbs. lost a year over the last 3 years..... My 3 year anniversary is in 2 weeks....... Went from 560 lbs. to 254 lbs. currently....... Just scheduled my consult for skin surgery Tuesday....... Best of Luck.....

    It took me three years to hit my goal weight of 160 but then I decided that wasn't enough so I dropped to 140 for a total of around 120 lost. I took my time and really changed a lot of my habits. Losing it is one half of the battle and keeping it off is going to be a life long devotion :smile:
