    Averaged 102 lbs. lost a year over the last 3 years..... My 3 year anniversary is in 2 weeks....... Went from 560 lbs. to 254 lbs. currently....... Just scheduled my consult for skin surgery Tuesday....... Best of Luck.....

    My secret had been taking the time to figure out what works for me. I love the food I eat, I plan what I eat everyday and I love to exercise and stay active.
