Started mid June of 2011 - I've logged on 350 consecutive days as of today, and I've lost 115 pounds with 10-20ish to go, I think.
Taken last May, 2011.
Taken last week.
I posted a long blog entry last week to answer the "How did you do it?" questions: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/ShannonMpls/view/-how-did-you-do-it-262680

My ticker has pictures from my journey over an 11 month period (although, the first picture was taken 6 months prior). I started April 25, 2011 at 351 lbs. When I weighed in this morning, I was at 187 lbs...164 lbs down from my starting weight.0

Still kickin @ss, I see
Just curious, you look pretty ripped by now, do you mind my asking what skin needs to be removed (you don't have to answer if you'd rather not, ya just can't tell from the pics that there's anything but muscle there!)0 -

Checked back in hoping to see that EdDavenport had posted. Ed, you are the man! Definitely one of my biggest inspirations on the site.
My secret had been taking the time to figure out what works for me. I love the food I eat, I plan what I eat everyday and I love to exercise and stay active.0
