It took me three years to hit my goal weight of 160 but then I decided that wasn't enough so I dropped to 140 for a total of around 120 lost. I took my time and really changed a lot of my habits. Losing it is one half of the battle and keeping it off is going to be a life long devotion0 -
Where did all the loose skin go? I am very concerned about that.. great job!0

Whoa, what a great thread!!! Look at all you guys! So many success stories, this is great. This gives me motivation to post pics of myself when i get there. 68 LBS lost so far in just a few months, i should hopefully have some pics within a few months. My "before" pics look like some of your before pics.0

Topped out at over 370 #'s (as high as my scale went)
currently in the 220's
Around 35 more to my original goal, but will probably lower it a bit more

Averaged 102 lbs. lost a year over the last 3 years..... My 3 year anniversary is in 2 weeks....... Went from 560 lbs. to 254 lbs. currently....... Just scheduled my consult for skin surgery Tuesday....... Best of Luck.....0
