Wow thanks everyone!!! It gets so discouraging sometimes. The energy level is a huge problem for me. Plus I don't have that much will power to begin with but just trying to take one day at a time and push through this. I have an image in the back of my mind of what I want to look like. I know eventually I'll get there

Well your body needs a minimum of 1200 calories per day. If you dont get atleast that your body goes into starvation mode and will store fat. I hope this helps. :flowerforyou:

I am just so bummed this week. Could I be gaining muscle? As it is now I can have 1490 calories a day before exercise. I have it set to lose 1 pound a week. I am thinking maybe I should change it to lose 2 pounds a week. Yet when I do that I feel as though it isnt giving me enough calories and I constantly feel hungry.

I love it! I have an adroid and I log my food right away if im out and I also log the calories I burned at the gym right away

Im right there with you. Today my Daughter wanted McDonalds and get so tempted. Yesterday my Husband wanted Ihop so off we went. I stayed in my calorie range but feel so guilty

If you are doingunder 1200 calories your body goes into startvation mode and will store fat. Your body needs atleast 1200 calories per day. Do you follow the recomended calories per day that mfp provides? Or do you set it manually?
