oh ok. So once i go down to likw 170 or 160 and so on? When I went into goals and changed my weight tere it changed my daily calories but not when I went under check iin and recorded my weight this morning

You can do it!!!! This is my 2nd time starting this. I had the same trouble as you the 1st time. I would "forget" to log certain foods or I was embaressed. ok so I just changed it back to what it was and it still says 1520 a day. Didnt go back to 1480
