YES YES YES I have found that when I am more active it seems like I cant get enough food..so I add an egg or some kind of protein to my day to give me the boost and take away the hunger

If the clothing is made in china the sizes are going to run a little small.. I found cloths that are made here in the US or England ( Hard to find ) run a bit larger.. I dont think there is a standard for women sizes.. LOL

It all depends on how you are with it.. I know if I weigh my self every day I get frustrated and I give up on my goal.. But my girl friend says that weighing her self daily keeps her on track.. So it is just in what makes you happy.. I weigh my self once a week.. And that seems to help me stay on track..

LOL I have to laugh at my self because I did not know what HRT. LOL I thought it was some herbal supplement that I could take.. Truth is I am not allowed to have HRT because I had cancer and my doctor recommended against it.. So alas I have to stay on my diet and hope for the best.:laugh: :tongue: :blushing:

I have to ask you do you weigh your self in the morning and as a girl your weight can go up 1 to 7 pounds depending on the time of mouth it is due to water retention..
