I have 10 lbs to lose and it's really hard! But I have to say, eating clean and exercising makes me feel good, so I am enjoying the process.

I definitely still drink (NYC girl here in her 20s...) but I drink less beer, more strong stuff and really see it more of a treat now than a regular occurrence.

I eat between 200 and 350is cals for breakfast every day. This usually has to do with the size of the banana I am slicing into my yogurt and cereal combo!

I measure whenever I can but if I'm out at a restaurant, I obviously guesstimate...I tend to inflate my estimates though, which probably gets me about right

I think Whole Foods has this capability. You choose the recipe and it will create a shopping list for you to use. You don't necessarily have to use it at WF either!

I'd try to eat less of those fiber one bars...look at the ingredients, not that awesome for you. You can have an apple instead or some other piece of fruit with a good fiber content.

I have a weekly tradition of going out to happy hour with a group of friends on Friday nights. I'll save some calories on Fridays because I know I'll have at least one beer, usually followed by some sort of restaurant meal...it works for me.
