I'm the same - twice a month is a chippy tea. I have the small fish (or a good old Yorkshire fishcake ;) ) and then half of a small portion of chips. It's less than half the calories, but still good.

Workout A1 done. Really need to work on press ups... I suck with those :(

I decided I wasn't going to wait. I did the first workout - with alterations since I'm not at the gym, but it was okay. I feel as though I should have been using heavier weights, but I want to ease into it - I can always increase them later. Saying that, I'm actually looking forward to Monday's workout B.

I just started NR. And I feel like I'm way behind here :P My arms are so weak (and I can't believe how weak they've become in the past year - I was using anywhere around 50-60lb weights for stuff - and now I feel awful holding anything higher than 20. It's not good. But yeah, protein. I hate eating meat, although I'm going…

This. Doesn't matter if you're doing something with your partner there, or without. If your partner doesn't know/hasn't agreed to it, then it's cheating. Cheating is simply taking an advantage over another without prior consent, and that applies to pretty much anything.

I love that way of looking at it! I'm tempted to try it myself. Seriously though hon - 37lb is brilliant. And no matter whether you've got 200lb left to lose, or 2lb left..it's still that one step closer to being as brilliant as you already know you can be. It's okay to be discouraged and down. But knowing that you can…

6lb a week is pretty fine for ages - if you're overweight by a fair bit. I second what happyfeetrebe said. It's likely just water weight by altering your workout/diet. It should settle down in another week or so.

So this! And Liam Neeson, and kinda **** Van *kitten*.. although his son looks better now. Oh yes. Over 40/50 for me. But I'm so shallow and picky that they have to take care of themselves and look good. It's a bad habit :P

Wow! That's amazing :D

I'm not fussed about the size so much, as long as they treat me nicely, and are really good at communicating with me. Saying that - I prefer the muscle men... or women sometimes :P They're just so strong :D

I agree with most of the comments here. It IS frustrating when you can't do what you used to do or what you want to do - I'm suffering myself. It's frustrating seeing the scales move at 1lb a week, or even 1lb a month, when you're used to 4lb a week, or 10lb a month... But by doing a little when you can, and noting that…

I did this at just under 300lbs. It was hard, and I had to keep stopping. For the jumping, I just bounced for the first bit, then jumped once or twice to her 16 (yeah, I'm generalising :P), but eventually by the end of the 10 days of Level 1 I was okay doing it. It really does work, and it's brilliant for weight loss. I…

If you feel that you're not hungry, then don't eat them back. If you do, then you can use some or all of them. That's the rule I go by. It is possible to eat all the calories back with healthy foods and lose weight - plenty do. But there are also plenty who don't. Do what's right for you, and not what the calculator says,…

To be honest - if you tilt a regular bowl slightly to the side, and then whisk fast with a fork, you pretty much get the same bubbles than with a blender. I've always done it that way with most things. My nan and mum taught me to cook that way, and I'm not changing :P

I washed my clothes and had a hair cut.
-
It used to be every day, and then every other day... now once a week - sometimes once a fortnight.
-
I always use it as a minimum. I find that fat is too high, and protein is too low, so I adjust accordingly.

We'd talked for a while about getting engaged, but never bothered getting rings, or making things "official". One day, we were randomly walking around a shop, and I said I liked the look of a ring as we went past the counter. So he stopped, turned round, and bought it. It fit perfectly :D

There are healthy plans that the doctor can issue - at least over here anyway - that allow you to lose weight while pregnant (providing you're overweight already). What it means is that you're losing while baby is gaining, so it looks as though you've lost about 20lb, but some of it is baby weight you've gained. Mostly it…

Amazing!! It really does get easier, and congrats to you for proving so :D

I'm a 38F, so I really do wear a bra outside the house. If I'm wearing a corset I'm okay, and I can manage a halterneck top with support underneath too, but they're for rare occasions :P I don't mind so much if I'm slobbing around having a PJ day or something, since I don't wear one to bed.

This thread really has helped me. I was so confused wondering how I was supposed to start it, but now I get it. I can't start till next month (I need to get the all clear from the doctor first, but I'm so excited to start :D
-
Nice here, too :D Although I'm in Sheffield :P
-
You look amazing! Did you cut any foods out to lose that? Congrats so much!
-
Wow! That's brilliant! What workouts are you doing?
-
I love your hair and your smile!!
-
Wow! You look great! Congrats on the journey so far :D

I've known for a while that I had an intolerance to gluten, but no doctor would test it because I was overweight, and they just kept saying that the stomach problems are likely to be caused by my insides working harder. After I had my last child I went gluten free to help clear up PG (an autoimmune skin condition). I did…

I use Noom/Cardio Trainer. It's pretty good.
