I started today too!! I'm doing the lean p90x instead of the classic! My body is overheated. I can feel my muscles all hot! I'll let you know how it goes as time progresses.

Thanks for the motivation! I'm still getting the hang of this. I went over today. I worked out half an hour with a tape. I don't know how many calories i burned. I'm thinking about 100 maybe less. It was all weight training which I love. I'm not going to kick myself about this because my muscles are killing me already.…

Me too! Unfortunately, all this running is not helping me meet my weight loss goals! Good luck to you! I hit the 8 mile mark last week too. I'm doing the run/walk thing. I do 3 minutes running and 1 minute walking. My tip is to carry gatorade with you so you don't pass out. Four weeks left!

JMBenci, that makes complete sense to me! I refuse, refuse to admit I have gone up not one but six sizes!!! I'll get there. I'm only 16 pounds away! I want to be able to go shopping in my closet! I have so much clothing but I can't wear any of it. Today is the day! Let's do this!:smile:
