Hi im still learning at this, Cant seem to get the grasp im supposed to eat 1200 cals but i am always going over my protein goal before i get any where near my cals. I eat fruit and mainly salad with either jacket potato or chicken then i'm full anyway. I do look in the fridge/cupboards to see if there is anything else…

Yesterdays menu Breakfast porrage made with water 88 cals Lunch Salad pitta bread with tble spoon mayo 200 cals Dinner 100g ckn baked with toms, peppers and onions with 25g rice 228 cals Snacks banana 90 cals diet coke 1 i might give the smothies a try Thanks

Hi been on mfp for a week now suggested 1200 cals a week which i to my protein limit before cals, looking over the last couple of days i only seem to be getting to 700/800 cals max. Any suggestions on low protein high carb and calorie meals.:frown:
