  • CONGRATS!!! it's a great feeling isn't it?
  • Good choice!!! I am so sick of all of these diets and programs. Advocare, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem etc.... MFP worked for me and always has worked way better than any other "diet" or program. It's about making smart choices and turning it into a lifestyle rather than a temporary fix. As long as you're burning off more…
  • i'm on day 5 of it and i'm down 8 pounds from when i started. It can be rough the first couple of days but by Day 4 it's smooth sailing. It is by no means a long term diet. But I did it as a healthy eating kick off to flush out all of the toxins and help my cravings. i can honestly say I am no longer craving sweets or…

  • there are some websites online that can help you out. just google "calories burned calculator" and then enter it in your own workout. i hate that the weight exercises on here don't show cals burned, but, it is really specific to the amount lifted, reps etc. so i guess the mfp system isnt complex enough to handle it
  • yes. it took me a VERY long time to get used to going to the mediums and not the Larges and X-Larges. I also still see the same old me. What kind of helped me is graphing my weights . that way i can physically see a line decreasing instead of just numbers
  • that is not unreasonable at all!!! My dad to this day has his own little "dad cabinet" of snacks he prefers. To possibly help remedy your situation : At a certain age my parents used to make us buy our own things if we wanted them for ourselves for example: mom would buy apples and oranges and bananas for the whole house,…
  • If that works for you then have at it! Sometimes when people know they CONSTANTLY ask questions which I could see stressing a person out. I personally have to make sure my large italian family knows so that they are not pressuring me to eat more. My grandmother ALWAYS offers food and of course the dreaded PASTA when I see…
  • AWESOME!!! thanks. the sweet potato curly fries sound great
  • pretzels, pickles, baked lays, lightly salted popcorn, carrots with balsamic or italian fat free dressing,
  • www.google.com/images search "hot boob shots"
  • She wasn't telling someone how to live. She was telling them that she would rather someone used their brain and not their boobs if it were up to her. No one is telling anyone else that they can't live a certain way. They are just saying that some find these pictures distasteful. If you are one who does not, then that's…
  • Well said dakotababy! Onlyrobey1.... Just look at it as a reminder that you've got something better than big boobs. You have CLASS.
  • ugh..... mfp is turning into facebook.... lets do away with the message board crap-talking and drama please.
  • i loveeeee it. it gives me my soda satisfaction without the sodium. i love the bubbles and some of the polar brand flavors are great! ginger lemonade, pina colada, etc. Also - Polar brand diet grape "soda" is actually not the worst either. It is sodium/calorie free.
  • Baket Kettle Brand Chips They come in a lot of different flavors and a handful or two is a great fixer for salt cravings. Also carrot chips in low fat or fat free dressing, yogurt, laughing cow light cheese wedges (35 cal each - enough for a few crackers) with wheat thin chips.
  • I'm on here almost every day if you would like to add me !
