log all your exercie calories you burn :) slowly increase it weekly, until you find the position where you start gaining weight and then lower it, youll find your maintance calories but it takes time

maybe your intolerant to some types of foods keep a diary of when you bloat Go and see your GP/doctor

maybe low card dieting isnt for you, id change your diet ;c if you dont feel right you wont manage it longterm

youve hit your goal thats amazing, i wouldnt lose anymore now! sometimes its hard for us to see in ourselves how far we've come but dont let it get too far, dont let it turn into an eating disorder which happened to me, enjoy food, enjoy life <3

scales dont mean everything :)

dont weigh yourself everyday, do it every week/fortnight, exercise too :)

I think most people have the ability to eat more calories than they realise, especially when eating low calorie, they add a bit and they obviously gain slightly which is the body adjusting so they automatically drop the calories down again

you really should never go under 1200 calories, your body needs more especially if youre exercising hun <3

try sugar free jelly if you need something :) its low in calories <3

as long as its within your calories, anything really though i always tend to have fruit or oats/porridge, porridge has also been known to help people sleep better :)

I will, im tired of feeling this way but im going to do this for myself 1700 daily, that is my minimum its actually 1720 so will try and stick to that, ill monitor it in a few weeks i dont weigh myself often Then if its making me lose will boost

I only go to the gym once a week doing 1-2 hours mix of cardio/weights I also walk about 20-30 mins a day Also 20 mins on my exercise bike daily :) I work 40 hours a week in a hospital too and am on my feet the majority of the time!

Ill never give up pepsi max! i used to drink coke 7 years ago and havent touched it since :) But i have cut down from what i used to drink in fizzy drinks, dont give up everything you enjoy you wont last long on an eating plan you dont enjoy, fact :)
