diet soda instead of regular is a good way to cut calories Also treatsize/funsize bars of chocolate bars instead of standard/large ones low calorie hot chocolates natural yoghurt with stevia/honey Freezing bananas/berries are nice too Make your own cakes/bars following recipes online goodluck :)

Add me if you want, i also suffer from eating problems If youre veggie you just need to eat calorie dense foods like yoghurt, nuts, high calorie fruit veg (bananas, coconut, pineapple, avocado) Also plenty carbs (potatoes, bread, pasta, rice) here if you need support

its common knowledge your not going to gain weight on 2000. that will be your maitenance you need to be at a surplus, add me and ill help you make a plan if you want, i did a health/nutrition course at the beginning of the year, here if you need any support!

i would seek some professional help your a guy really you should be eating at least 2000 calories id say your gaining cause your body is deprived of nutrition

my suggestions is your probably not eating enough since your working out, find out your bmr, then your activity level, try and aim for 1600-1800 calories since eating too low can damage your body, add me if you need help, goodluck

just be glad you dont have to take medication, its not funny and its not nice, i have a thyroid condition and its got alot of symptoms as well, so be glad :)

if they dont want to contact you, forget them and move on, life is too short to waste your time on people who obviously dont care about you, i know its hard same has happened to me but its better to find the people that matter and focus on them :)

just try and limit the junk you buy, also maybe make your own bars/snacks for home, look for healthy recipes and get them to help :)

you need to be eating more, or at least not working out youre damaging your body also you will be lacking nutrients

boiled eggs, omlettes, into rice/pasta, scrambled ;)

eggs are good and easily kept, also tinned/frozen veg are fine and can be cheaper i use alot of frozen chicken breast and salmon :3
