the fact youve gained weight is good, but a little bit more wont hurt, im in the same boat, ive put some weight on its hard but i need to increase also, speak to me for support, but eat more <3 your body needs it

as long as you dont eat under your BMR, you should be okay but just remember the more calories you burn off with exercise you may need the extra calories since your body needs energy to function,goodluck

make a meal plan, prep your meals and decide what times your going to eat/when :)

probably water weight from different foods, look again in aweek, weighing yourself after being on vacation is always a bad idea !

fish, chicken, meats, yoghurt, milk are good sources of fibre dont worry that your going over your carb goal, just hit your calories goal <3 goodluck, add me for support if you need it

im suffering from some form of ED, i want to maintain my weight, for me to maintain im supposed to eat about 1970 a day I do 20-40 mins of cardio everyday, im trying to get it so my weight just stables but i only manage 1200-1400 calories per day, which normally means im netting under 1200, which has actually been making…

your binging because it sounds like youre not eating enough, try eating little and often, this should stop binging <3

low fat yoghurt (freeze them to make frozen yoghurt) sugar free jelly :) funsize/treatsize bars weight watchers/skinny cow icecreams and desserts fruit with yoghurt (granola) frozen fruit (bananas, grapes) dark chocolate a couple of squares is okay (darker the better)

speak to a doctor about a recommended diet plan, but also most kids are overweight and then lose it through puberty its pretty normal
