just cut down, theres not reason to go cold turkey :) buy funsize/treatsize bars instead of normal ones, so you still get your fix also low calorie hot chocolate diet cakes/buiscuits moderation is key :)

if your that active, 1200 isnt enough, aim more for 1500-1800

the fact your bloods are fine is a good sign cause it means it hasnt damaged your body, i would go back though for some help, maybe some counselling since you need to overcome your fears eat calorie dense healthy foods, milk, bread, rice, potatoes, rice, pasta, bananas, avocados, peanut butter, nuts, dried fruit, oatmeal,…

i tend too take porridge, fruit and yoghurt to work with me normally :) sometimes soup, salads as well :) pasta and tuna <3

home exercise is fine, look for videos on youtube or buy some exercise equipment whatever works for you :) eat healthy and in moderation, exercise as much as you can drink plenty water avoid junk/processed/fast food/oils goodluck :3

just make sure you're netting at least 1200, eat half your exercise calories back :)

take little steps and slowly boost is everyday :) if your still having problems try a different form of exercise, dont be so hard on yourself <3

step weighing yourself everyday thats really unhealthy for starters, maybe try and add more exercise, sometimes the body doesnt want to lose weight, once it thinks your at a healthy weight

The problem with alcohol is people dont acknowledge the calories because its liquid, your probably going over your calories when drinking alcohol which is why the scale wont be moving

Your big mistake is your starving yourself, with the exercise you need at least 1500-1800 calories, your gaining weight cause your body is holding onto the food when your eating, up your calories <3 goodluck
