This happened too me as well, had to get out of there, ended up losing alot of weight because he basically never offered me food and i stayed at his all the time and told me i was ugly/fat :/ add me for support <3 so proud of you for getting out of there! you are so pretty as well

milk is just one of those things, everything we eat isnt perfect! but people have been drinking milk for years, hasnt done them any harm

just eat normally, the binges will stop, every now and again everyone does it without thinking, especially at parties, dont worry we are only human :)

sorry to say youll probably be always on some form of medication for it, even in remission it can come back which happened to me

By the sounds of it, you cut out all the foods you enjoy to lose weight then you return to your old diet, try a healthy diet that incorporates the foods you enjoy too, its healthy eating not a diet, goodluck :) have a cheat day/meal so you dont binge eat on foods you've been restricting, goodluck :)

i dont personally eat breakfast, when i do it just makes me want too eat more through the whole day, but it makes me feel sick when i do so i avoid it, just keep hydrated :)

honestly? No, i think i was more confident at my biggest weight, just cause you lose weight doesnt change your mind mentally :(

1200 is too low really, id aim for at least 1500-1800 calories

maintaining is only normally had for people who go on fad diets or lose control/go back into bad habits, thats why diets are bad idea but healthy eating/lifestyle works

you need too boost your calories, probably too about 2000, you may be damaging your metabolism especially with the rate you are exercising as well :)
