Nay. If I were trying to maintain, maybe but not to lose. I will have 1 or 2 cheat meals a week but the other 5 days, I stick to my daily calorie allowance.

I hate guesstimating. I'm hoping MFP is similar to what the HRM says. I am going to make sure I wear the chest strap for the most accurate readings. Not sure if it will be here before my bootcamp class tomorrow but I can definately wear it to my kickboxing class on Thursday.

I have a desk job too. I work at a Firm where there is ALWAYS food left over in the conference rooms. We're talking good stuff! When I'm in the mode of losing.
