Ah yes, that would make sense. It drives me nuts because I want to be working out this week! But I know if I just wait until next week, I should be good. Although I "may" do some weight training this week and see if that has any bearing on it...

On days that I eat a lot during the day, I will have an eggwhite omellette loaded with veggies and either a piece of fat free cheese in it or one piece of wheat bread. I've had days where I've eaten it for breakfast and then again at dinner!

I'm having the same issue. I began running (heavily) for me last week and really fatigued my muscles. I had a 'cheat' day on my weekend vacation but otherwise I've haven't been eating too badly. I noticed a 2 pound gain in the last couple of days which brings me to an all-time high weight. I'm hoping that this is also…

Hi there. I'm 5'0 and 133 pounds. I've been vigorously exercising for about 3 months now and dieting for two months. I'm down between 5-7 pounds and it is super super slow for me. I'm 38 and I'd like to get to 125. It literally seems impossible for me! I wish I could just stretch myself about 6 inches.. I'd be all set :)
