I just started today - clean eating. No processed anything, no added sugar etc. Sure I will be miserable soon haha but it's so worth it.

I also started last Monday - feel free to add me. Would love to be in touch with others following the same diet. I am obsessed with the strips becoming purple. I got out of the pink Friday but then somehow am back to pink this morning. I feel really good though. The cravings and hunger are gone.

Thank you SueInAz. You are right. I will take my measurements this week and record them. I forgot about muscles retaining water as well. I already drank my gallon of water so at least I will know that dehydration isn't a factor this week :)

I will be weighing in on Thursday. I have been eating semi clean since January 4th. Logging EVERYTHING. Working out almost everyday. Drinking as much water as I can. I'm hoping the see the scale move even a little this week (since it's my week to retain water). We will see. I am hopeful :smile:

I just started back on track and yesterday (and now actually) I'm eating an 80 calorie greek yogurt (blueberry) with a tablespoon of crunchy almond butter and a banana. Tastes like a treat and gets me through the afternoon hump.

I logged in the 353 calories burned under exercise. Then on my iphone, I enabled the Steps Calorie Adjustment (this is new to me) and throughout the day is that been monitoring my steps and movement. I started lifting heavy and clean eating two weeks ago. Gave heavy cardio a rest for the time being. I truly hope to see the same kind of results. I have also STOPPED getting on the scale completely. I was at 1200 or less net for the last 3 months and tons of cardio. Lost 7lbs and stalled. I upped my cals to 1500 last week and started eating 6 CLEAN meals a day and lifting heavy.
