I really suggest taking some classes. I take at least two a week and it pushes me, and who wants to walk out of a class - not me.

That is awesome! I am more of a diet soda drinker and had given it up a few months ago and was shocked about the changes it made and the weight I lost from it also. I thought "diet" was ok but I was wrong. Sadly I fell off the wagon and started drinking soda again but your post is encouraging me to give it up again.

I worked out at the gyms on post and thought I would feel intimidated, especially with so many SF there but I didn't. Those soldiers are pretty much there for their workout and that is it.

We PCSd a year ago from Bragg to OKC. Hubby got pulled for recruiting duty. So we have 2 years left here and then who knows where we will go after that.
