This morning I had 4oz oven roasted deli turkey, bean sprouts, lettuce, and hummus on two slices of fiber one bread. Yummy and filling. Greek yogurt, meats, veggies, smoothies, etc. etc.

I've been using natural grip but I get so sweaty that the "super sticky" tape just slides right off. Also the natural grips get folded and scrunched if you are not super careful, which I'm generally not with workout stuff. So, I would also take recommendations!

So this went differently than I expected. I walked in prepared to do 65, but was really encouraged by my coach, who sees me daily, to do it RX with a 25 minute time cap. 13:38RX. This one hit me hard afterwards, I could barely get up. I really effed up the set of nine. I broke 3 times, which is ridiculous. If I did it again, which I won't until its programmed, I would just hold on to that damn bar for the set of 9.

I used RX weight, did 2 C2B for a total score of 12RX, then did the rest of the wod chin over bar for the pullup portion. 70 reps total. Weight wasn't the issue for me here. Totally agree with ascrit. If I'm being very honest I don't think Crossfit is optimal for weight loss. I do however think its optimal for long term fat loss and muscle gain/retention.
