I've jumped everywhere from Trauma/Surgery as a new grad to medical oncology working with solid tumors to my job now. I work 3-11p 4x/week on a Med/Surg Tele floor and per diem on an Intermediate Care Unit (step down unit) days or evenings. Love my career! : )

you found it on the droid?! haha okay, clearly i wasnt looking hard enough. thank you for the tip...i will have to look a little harder. I hope to run one of those "color 5ks' in mid-May to end of May. are you looking at a certain date to run your first one?

I started to do the C25K too but then needed surgery and had to stop but would LOVE to pick it up again. I think it slowly brings you into it at just the right rate. I did notice it got easier as I changed my eating habits and took in more water too. I wish I could get the app, but I have a droid and I think C25K only…

ughhh you're so right. i just needed to hear it. i'm tired, lazy, and making excuses because i'm out of shape...not because i can't do it. it's never gunna change if i keep making these excuses. thanks for the tips!

Thank you! I can see how the ambulance rides would add to the problem...although the holidays on the floors are BRUTAL! haha. any tips that you've found work for you in this hectic schedule we do?!
