  • I'm in the same boat girls...Summer here is quite hot sometimes and I don't really have any appetite in that time. I try to eat fresh stuff and I have a little something that helps a lot: the tomato sandwich ! Bread, tomatoes, cheese, mayo and sometimes ham or chicken. Here are some calories that tastes fresh.
  • A little NSV for me, but it means quite something: my mom looked at me and said "hey, I think your tummy is a bit slimmer?". I told her I did not lose any weight, but I felt a little bit more in shape. Made my day, because I always think my mom looks down on me because I'm overweight comparing to her and my sister.

  • Thanks for all the reply. I just changed 2200 after being proposed to eat at 10% cut. So my last weeks were at 15% cut, indeed I was eating a bit less ! I'll try 10% cut for some weeks and see what happens.
  • Yes I've been eating at 15% cut. I believe I can try the 10% cut, but I do you think I should wait about another 6 weeks to see a change ?

  • Nice post !! I'm one of those who are discouraged even tough I'm in my 5th week and haven't lost anything. But, as I always remember, I've been eating 2000 calories for 5 weeks and haven't gain anything too !! So I continue and hope this weight will get off my body soon :)

  • Since I was not really in a starvation mode, I didn't go for a full metabolism reset...I'm in my 5th week and don't have any kind of results...Since most of people here have results on 6th to 8th week, I'll stay on track. Then I shall see if I up my calories to my TDEE.

  • If it can be any comfort to you, I've been eating 2145 calories a day for a month now and gained a big ZERO ! I'm almost sure that before I read all those things here, I was eating around 1500-1600, always telling myself "don't eat too much or you'll get fatter than you already are". Turned out it was not true !

  • Depends on the type of exercice for me...Sometimes MFP and HRM says about the same, sometimes they are really not equal. I trust my HRM anyway and cut some calories back. So when my HRM says 645 calories, I write down 600.

  • 15 day now for me eating 2200 calories a day: haven't take any pounds ! I know it can be scary because this is the opposite of what we always heard.
