  • I'm in! I don't have cable but I always watch shows on Hulu while my kids take a nap so I can do it during those commercials!
  • I actually have not lost any weight. It's super discouraging...
  • I still struggle with water but the past week I've at least had 8 glasses a day and a few days 10! I think I'll make my goal for today 12 glasses of water!
  • The weekend was...OK. I barely worked out and last night we went to buffalo wild wings where I had a LOT to eat including their snickers pie.... but I had a great evening out with my husband! Today is the start of another week I can do better. I didn't lose any weight but I also didn't gain anything so that's ok!

  • LOL! Oh no! I'm slacking as usual...it's 10 am and I *just* finished my first 8 ozs that I started at 8 am.... I have got to find a better system to remember to drink water! Normally I end up waiting till I'm super thirsty...

  • Yes! I am in! Thanks for this by the way I was looking for something quick I could do occasionally...as a mother of 2 under 2 sometimes I barely have more than 10 minutes for myself (unless I want to wake up super early, or stay up too late)

  • I'm a exercise DVD junkie...so as long as it's on a DVD I'll do it! lol I always love to walk and do yoga! and swimming but I haven't had access to a pool big enough to swim laps in several years.
  • I went over but only by 21...which is a MAJOR improvement from yesterday...This challenge really made me aware that sodium levels is one of the many things I need to change about my diet.
  • First of all great job on the weight you've already lost! That is fantastic! It seems to me you've already got a great system going! I personally work out 6 days a week with the 7th day being a rest day! If you feel you are working out too much add in a rest day or 2, and see how you feel after that.

  • I have done so much walking today!! Combine total of 2 hours...60 minutes sessions. I'm also going to try and fit in some yoga tonight before bed!
  • OMG. after saying that I went to change the settings to track my sodium. I am ashamed. horrified!! Sodium will be staying on my list of things to track because I am over by so much I'm not even going to say!

  • Realized how much I needed todays Challenge when I read this post and counted my water intake for the day...I've only had one glass of water so far, and it's 12:15 pm here! I've really been slacking lately on drinking water! So count me in!
