I can see it in my face! Stepdad told me I might blow away the other night when we were all taking pictures outside. I actually run a little bit! Even though it's maybe only a couple blocks during my long walks...this is huge. I haven't ran since high school!

MFP set my goal at 1250 a day and honestly in 2 months I have eaten more than just a couple of times. I've lost 9 pounds. We will see what the coming months bring though!!

Don't dwell on it (easier said than done) but instead use it as motivation. When I want to cut my walks short or don't have the courage to jog a little bit I tell myself "girl you have a booty do...your stomach sticks out more than your booty do!" --yes someone said it to me. Not bad at all girly! I over ate by about 450 calories yesterday and I don't care! I've eaten 1250 for 6 weeks and every day I've eaten right around there so I am totally okay with it! Now if you start to do it every day...eek! But overall, I say don't worry!
