On the left I'm about 148 lbs, not veryy overweight but at 5 foot 4'' every extra pound shows and I wasn't happy seeing the photos. The right pic is me now, a year later, at 130 lbs, much closer to my ideal weight, and happier. I now exercise most days and eat healthy (I thought I did then
