That was a bit aggressive! I did, and do, weigh everything, eat small meals every 3 hours, and follow James duigan's plan. :-(

I've put on an inch round my tummy. I stuck to 1200 cals and less for about 6 years, so this is really messing with my mind, ESP as I need to slim for my wedding. :-(

The oby prob is that fr metformin doesn't your BMI have to be high? Mine's 25, so I'm right at the top of 'healthy weight'....

Would you advise me to change my activity to lightly active then?

I do either every day, if that makes sense? So i walk 35 mins home, or cycle 30 mins, every day. I exercise 5 times a week on top of that anyways, and rarely eat the calories burned.

I lost about 2.5 stone about 8 years ago, put on 1/2 stone back on, and have been stuck here ever since, and have been trying to lose weight ever since. I'm stuck at 10.3st and it's VERY annoying!!

I have PCOS which is a nuisance! Apparently my thyroid's fine...? (But my previous doc who did the tests was a nasty so and so who was incredibly unsupportive - but i guess she wouldn't lie to me!)
