Good fats - clean and lean
Hi everyone, I'm following the Clean and Lean plan, but have noticed I eat a lot of fat (quite a lot of the time I go over my allowance on MFP), although this isn't sat fat..... Is this really bad? I'm eating nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil etc.... Any advice would be very welcomed!! :-) Thanks.

increased from 1200 to 1650 four weeks ago....help!
I've put on 7lbs in 3 weeks, and i'm panicking! Should I decrease my calories again? I've also been eating more protein, less sugar, and I've also decreased my gluten and dairy intake. this is so frustrating!! Help!!!! :-(

how long does the Road Map to work?
Over the past 10 years i've been following Weight Watchers style of eating, then joined MFP a year ago and started eating 1200 cals a day. Logging exercise
My activity level is set as sedatory (I've got a desk job), but i cycle to and from the station sometimes (30 mins in total) or get a lift to the station and walk home (35 minutes walk) and i log this as exercise. Is that right?

BMR and goal calories
