I've put on 7lbs in 3 weeks, and i'm panicking! Should I decrease my calories again? I've also been eating more protein, less sugar, and I've also decreased my gluten and dairy intake. this is so frustrating!! Help!!!! :-(

Assuming you calculated your calories correctly (and you are not eating back exercise calories), then yes give it more time.

^^This. Your daily goal is 1500 in your diary. Is this TDEE-% or is this what MFP calculated for you? Are you eating TDEE-% AND eating back exercise calories? Make sure your food is logged correctly and you are only following one plan for calories (TDEE-% or MFP+exercise cals). If you are doing everything correctly, give it time.

I can "gain" 5-7 pounds from one morning to the next. It's not fat. Remind yourself of that. Unless you've eaten 25,000 EXTRA calories on top of your daily deficit, then you're fine girl.
