I've been following WeightWatchers since January, and it hasn't worked. I've always had quite a 'clean' diet (I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, which means I find it tough to keep my weight healthy - my BMI is currently 24).
I ditched WW a few weeks ago, and have been following the Clean and Lean diet (although not the 14 day plan). I've ditched most fruit, and have a max of 2 pieces a day, and have started having olive oil on my salads, started eating full fat yogurts and cottage cheese earlier this year.
I also have a PT and go running twice a week, and so strength/yogo/pilates (all in one session) 3 times a week.
What am I doing wrong? I'm the same weight as last week (I started using MFP last week). (If you look at my food diary, the nuts in my breakfast are my first snack, as I have nuts and lemon water before I leave the house for my 2 hour commute - it's always a rush to leave before 7!)
Thanks everyone.

Judging sttrictly from your diary, your grams of Fat are too high per day. Your averaging over 60 grams per day, I would try to keep it under 40grams the most. Even healthy Fats like Nuts can be bad for you. Remember, "too much of ANYTHING can be bad for you". Try it for a week and youll see a change, trust me.0 -

The fats from your avocado are good fats though. I am always high on fats and proteins... and low on calories and carbs... and I am losing..
I would avoid processed foods. or try the paleo diet.0
