Feeling guilty about eating a chocolate...

...I know it's daft, but my colleague just came back from Rio and bought chocolates and kept insisting i have one so much that I eventually broke. It was about the size of a Cadburys Roses, so found it (50 cals) and put it in my tracker.
The thing is, i've got 2 weddings this weekend, and i'm already worrying about sticking within my calories/clean eating regime. The first wedding is only an evening meal, and it's a buffet, so i can be sensible, but the wedding on the Saturday is a whole day, with a sit down meal etc.
Am I being a drama queen, and should I just chill out? I'm going for a run tonight.... It's just i lost 1.5lbs last week afer plateauing for about 3 months, and i'm scared of putting it back on haha!

It's 50 Cals! And 1 small chocolate! It won't even affect your weight losses don't worry! You shouldn't feel bad for treating yourself.
Did you enjoy it?
A healthy lifestyle is having a balance of healthy foods and some treats, just for you. xx0 -
I don't think a single mouthful of anything is going to do too much damage. It's when you reach for the next one, and the next, and the next...0

I can only commend you for just eating the one!0
