  • Would hitting 10k steps a day help. I'm mostly sedentary as I continue to recovery from breaking my ankle back in December. I lift about 4 to 5 days a week but have decided to include walk away the pounds to help me hit 10k steps a day

  • For me the weekends kill me lol. I eat great during the week and then ill have a meal high in sodium on Saturday and/or Sunday.   • And for the record I know salt has no calories & causes retention of water & not fat gain but some people monitor it heavily because they dont like to see the scale go up or feel puffy.   • Thank you! I usually use ranch and Italian dressing, wing sauce & occasionally syrup. I log it all & make it work. So people are great at making their own need not so much LOL. It just tastes like a bunch of oil!
  • Thank you. I've fallen off the wagon so many times and this is the only thing that works for me where I'm satisfied and not deprived. I just want to finally see my goals and not sabotage!
