  • This^^ I just found a polar loop (the original) for $24 on clearance, bought the H7 strap and I get the best of both worlds. Activity tracker plus a good heart rate monitor!
  • I eat anywhere from 1600-2000 and that's based off following the guidelines in the book. I use mfp to log it, the macros line up and the calorie are pretty spot on from his recipes and projections.
  • Yeah 4 and then my reset day tends to be high carb. I have a bit more to lose unfortunately. I started at 280 and am 236 now. I would like to get under 200 or until my tire is gone lol whichever comes first!
  • Extreme cycle is four high carb days followed by 2 low carb and then a "reset day". They don't promote a complete cheat day, just one reward meal at lunch.   • Low carb days are pretty solid, well below the hundred mark. 50 if I had to give an average. I have done slingshots as suggested, but am more than likely due for one. I am happy with the progress but just feel like I should hit 2lbs a week. Hate the thought of eating more but I know it works lol

  • Mallory it has the chest strap, my plan is to compare it with an elliptical or some machine Monday at the gym, my average HR was 146 and I was in my zone for 25 minutes. Lee it wAs literally the steepest hill I have ever encountered, I'll be going back for more lol
  • 274 lbs 5'10. I compared to workouts in MFP and it was higher for sure, but this hill was at least a 50 degree angle. The heart rate monitor wasn't cheap and had good reviews.
