I understand THAT. I'm talking about post high school losers who have no job and who have gained like 70 pounds trying to get her to leave me cause they could make her 'happier' She's very faithful and that's always reassuring.

Cleanse diets are alright I suppose. But if you're really serious about cleansing you need to do it over a longer period of time to really make sure your body is 'clean'. Morgan has it right though. Just eat healthy and drink lots of water.

Diet and exercise is pretty much it. Take evening walks and be careful of your portion sizes. It's hard but walks are good ways to relieve stress after a long day without you having to have a ton of energy, Some more protein sounds like it could be in order as well.

Motivation is often the toughest part. Personal Trainers can teach you many exercises, but people will keep going cause the motivation. If you can do that without paying 50 bucks a session then you've got it made. As Ronnie Coleman says "Ain't nothin' do it but to do it."

If you're exercising you'll be burning off some of the sugar (glucose). But definitely keep up on the calories though cause after all, you want to keep your exercises at a 'kick butt' level, right?
