and @madwells1 soft tofu is not great for stir fry you should use a firm or extra firm for savory dishes, but the soft is great for sweet things.

What if you ate what you wanted for breakfast and only a snack during the lunch do you think that would help? You said you are hungry in the morning if you load up that may keep you satisfied until dinner. Worth a try.

I meal prep by making more dinner then 2 can eat and freeze one and put the other in the fridge for lunch. To eat the same thing every day for a whole week BORING!!!

The Depo will make some people hungrier and increase cravings it does not in itself cause weight gain. So by eating less and counting calories you can still lose weight. I was on it for a year and I did not get those feeling any more than I usually do.

@knightride48 there are many places like this farm to table or even locally owned. I would suggest calling the restaurant you would like to eat at before you go and ask the chef these questions. They will probably be more expensive then going to an Applebees or Longhorn. @JenHuedy I was thinking the same thing lol.

I eat and snack whenever I am hungry I just keep it within my calories for the day that is all you need to do to lose weight.

Nothing but Prilosec 40mg has worked for my acid reflux and now that I have no gallbladder it is worse. Even one day off and I feel the burn. I remember in collage walking to class I would throw up from the reflux and I would eat nothing all day just wake up with it. Then I found Prilosec and it works.

I will share this with all my friends doing Woo diets they never listen to me they say "oh I lost 10lbs in a week with ____" a month later "I'm starting again on my ___" I'm like I lose 1lbs almost every week and I'm eating cake.

Yes 3,000 cal + is ridiculous if you are trying to lose weight that is not in your deficit I am sure. You can still enjoy these foods but enjoy them within your calorie goal.
