  • Thanks girls, Im gonna have a jog on the beach of a morning, the gyms will be handy as Im an early riser anyway . I don't mind if I put even half a stone on cos I'm not ruining me hols for a diet. Im just going to be a little more aware of the foods I eat, which I tend to do without thinking now anyway.
  • Tesco has a set for about £15 I think they were. They are sound, they do kg, stone and lbs readings. Im in Liverpool, so I imagin your Tescos will have the sme stock.
