  • this time of year in thailand is the rainy season (i went in september last year) it rained like once a day really fast so it doesnt dry you out so you tend to eat more since its always there, if anything, be sensible about your food! you dont want to be stuck in bed for your whole holiday.

dont eat from a cart or back of cars, only from restaurants or your resort. only drink bottled water (any bottled drinks) and make sure you have fun! most resorts have mini gyms there (mine had 2 treadmills, 2 bikes and a weight machine thingy) so try and use it, or go for a run in the morning along a beach. Swim alot! i hope you have a great time, i certainly did!

You'll probably stay about the same, don't panic! There will be loads of lovely Thai salads and fresh fruit to pig out on. Have a lovely time.

I was in Tunisia for two weeks at the end of August and despite it being so hot I usually eat loads (mum's cooking!). However I ended up losing two pounds! As long as you are careful and make sensible choices, not going overboard on calories you should be fine

Thanks girls, Im gonna have a jog on the beach of a morning, the gyms will be handy as Im an early riser anyway . I don't mind if I put even half a stone on cos I'm not ruining me hols for a diet. Im just going to be a little more aware of the foods I eat, which I tend to do without thinking now anyway.
