dont feel bad yesterday my husband took me to dairy queen and i ordered a small oreo blizzard, i told myself i wouldnt eat it all and i did i went over by 500 calories but hey it could have been worse and today im doing well. dont give up.

i went ahead and ordered the reebok one i got it for 33 bucks with shipping and tax. so we will see how i like it.

im the most picky eater that i know, so it is hard to find things that i really like that they say are healthy. i dont like red meat and cottage cheese, ranch anything i just dont care for it. so it will be nice to see what everyone else says

thanx for that i ended up going to the webiste for country buffet and they have every thing listed, im really suprised by that. but now i see 2 different ones that it could be so i will have to look at the restuarant tonight and see. one has 190 calories and one only has 90. ill plan for both. im planning my meal for there…

ive had no trouble with my wii fit other than the run(come to find out its all in your arm movments to get your character going). they are comming out with a much better remote for the wii fit its gonna cost like 80$ but im gonna buy it. we paid 245 for our wii but you should really check out ebay some of the bids are…

ive gone over since friday due to the fact that i cant do crap after breaking my toe. of course i have no eercise calories to eat and then im freaking starving but freak out when i see i go over. the most ie gone over is like 150 or so.

most people dont notice the first 10 especially if they see you alot but after another 10 something should be visable

well thanx for the info on that!!:) i just dont know about the whole follow a certain diet to the 'T". I beleive in the whole you can eat alot of things but in portion control. thats the only thing that gets me away from alot of things because they want you to follow a specific diet plan. ill still consider it though

no i dont have any of them, i havent heard of the turbo jam yet. so im assuing you have to use regualr wieght and not resistant band. for turbo jam do you need weights as well
