hey everyone! well I'm officially up to my first 10 pounds lost so that's pretty exciting. I didnt lose much this weight but i lost .4 of a pound lol last weeks weight 214.5 todays weight 214.1

ok the dreaded weigh in day lol. but Im down to 214.1 hey .4 of a pound is better than nothing lol. Plus this bring my grand total to 10 pounds lost which is very exciting. I'm almost positive I wont make the goal. So I think I'm going to revise it to 212. current weight 214.1 goal weight 209

ok so not another great week for me but I still lost something. btw I did workout 9 to days ago and burned 169 calories. not as much as usual but its ok and im up to 10pds lost. current weight 214.1

I havent posted here in awhile I cant remember what weight i started this group at but in all ive lost 9 pounds and am down to 214.5. not much longer and i can say bye bye to the 200's

ahh im still stuck at the same weight today i know its not friday yet so hopefully i can pull off at least a pound. Im not sure if im gonna meet my 4th july goal or not 5 pounds in two weeks is alot. goal=209 current 214.5

i believe i did my 9th workout just now burned 243 calories. Those damn jumping squats kicked my *kitten*!

well im just about to hit 10 pounds and havent noticed a difference at all in my clothes really. ill probably have to lose 20 pounds before i notice a difference at all

ok so today i weighed in at 214.5 so about a pound lost in two weeks. im dissapoined though because i didnt work out for 4 days last week so i know i could have lost more. yesterday was my 7th workout comnpleted in the active and i burnd 367 calories!!

ok today i weighed in at 214.5 pretty much a pd lost from two weeks ago. im mad at myself though because i didnt exercise for 4 days and i oculd have lost more. but neway my goal is still 209 for the 4th. with some hard work i can do it!

well ive lost a few pounds. Last week i weighed in at 217 and this week and 215. ill post again next friday hopefully with a few mmore pds.

ok so i did my day two workout this morning and only burned like 274 calories on my heart rate monitor, 100 more than what the game said. todays activities didnt have my heart going as much as yesterday but i still loved it. tomorrow is my rest day so i will be doing my belly dancing video.

so i finally got my game in the mail tonight and did my first workout and absolutly loved it!!!! i burned alot more calories then the game said though. i burned 341 calories on my heart rate monitor and only 190 something on the active game. btw im starting this game at the weight 215.8 cant wait to see what i weight in 30…

i love to make meatloaf, or i ground up the beef and scramble some eggs in with it. it makes soo much and its good. another thing i do is make enchiladas.

i love the 100 calorie packs and i do good with them for snack. the loora shortbread cookies and the oreo ones are my faves. i will drink a small glass of milk with them and i have the perfect snack. better then me running to dairy queen and getting a small blizzard.

the one thing i always hated about diets was the all the food i hated. cottage cheese,tomatoes blah blah bah. but ive learned I can still eat all the things i truly want as long as its in moderation and not overboard. its helped me alot staying on the right path to success.

ive always been big chested since before i was heavy, so i know when i lose the weight i wont be going down any cups sizes which is dissapointing. i hate having such big boobs but one day ill get a reduction.

i definetly understand that, no use in wasting money on clothes when in a few months they will all be too big again! congrats on losing all that weight too, i cant wait to see that number

LMAO im a 42D right now, i wish the cup size would shrink but yea im just big busted but hey it willbe nice to one day say hey im a 34D lol. yea i gotta find a good sports bra, have any recommendations?

thanx for the motivation ive read about the couch to 5k and have thought about doing it. another huge huge reason i hate running is becuase im very large chested and guys just always stare(i know its a tupid reason but it just makes me so uncomftorable). when my foot gets better i think ill try this though

i have such an issue with running and i just never do it because i suck at it so bad. i wish i could say i could run for 5 minutes but cant even do that.

ohh i love quinoa, grew up on lentejas. i would love to do ground turkey but god its soo expensive.that meal sounds delish though
