lunch..
i never know what to eat for lunch and its worse when all the good stuff i pick is gone and have to wait to go grocery shopping. so alot of the main thigns are gone bread, milk for cereal, you know the stuff you would pair with other foods. so what do you eat for lunch when it seems like theres nada?

ok so tonight we are going out for dinner at country buffet. I love the fish that they have but when i look up in the database theres only fried fish. i thought the one they have is baked and if it is you think its in the same b allpark for calories? if know the calories lemme know:smile:

im so happy!
well on april 28th is the day i decided to get active again and watch what i eat more and here i am 22 days later and 6 pounds down!! i know its no big number but im so excited, ive never lost 6 pds that fast. im just hopin to be down another 6 by july for my husband birthday!

I was looking into getting the chalean extreame program but dont know much about it other than its very pricey. I was just wondering who has had good results with it. also do you have to have weights for it or can you use the bands or something?

ugh im so mad at the moment, im only two weeks and ive been so motivated and then i go and break my freaking toe!!! i can try to run or jog for a month so im still gonna attempt to do my wii but we will see how that goes. talk about a kick down.:cry:

ok so this is probably a dumb question but never thought about it. i know at the gyms and so on that they have the machines that tell you how many calories you lose and so on. but im only able to do things at home so how do i know what im burning off? do heart rate monitors do this or something else?
