lunch..

i never know what to eat for lunch and its worse when all the good stuff i pick is gone and have to wait to go grocery shopping. so alot of the main thigns are gone bread, milk for cereal, you know the stuff you would pair with other foods. so what do you eat for lunch when it seems like theres nada?

    On Sunday's, I always cook up lean ground turkey, cook quinoa or lentis. My go-to lunch is 4 oz turkey, 1/4 c quinoa (or lenits) and 1/4 c primavera pasta sauce... just heat and go .. 209 calories! 31 protein, 16 carbs and 2 fat!

    ohh i love quinoa, grew up on lentejas. i would love to do ground turkey but god its soo expensive.that meal sounds delish though
